*** please note some customers have experience longer wait times than the estimated 7-21 business days stated on the shipping. These circumstances are out of our control as many times they’ve been held up at local distribution centers.
We have been told that many are understaffed at this time or following extreme precautionary measures. However, these measures are not consistent and unable to predict. Rest assured that this is only temporary and your items will arrive.
Yes! We are currently shipping domestic and *international orders. Please see our list of temporarily restricted international markets, below.
*Due to COVID19 restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship to: Kuwait, India, Lebanon, Montenegro, South Africa, Bahrain, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco, Oman, Saint Kitts and Nevis, New Caledonia, Brunei Darussalam, Mongolia, Cambodia, Philippines, Russia.
We’re working closely with our teams, global mail carriers and our suppliers to maintain their safety while fulfilling your orders. Orders typically take 24–48 biz hrs to process after they have been placed, but we are currently backed up due to precautionary measures related to the coronavirus pandemic. We’ll keep you updated on order delays via e-mail.
There may be some delays that are outside of our control. Currently, some standard service international orders are experiencing delays and all carriers/services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered.
The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments globally, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website used for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info.
