**Return and Refund Policy for Rebel Saint Co.**

**Satisfaction Guarantee:**
At Rebel Saint Co., we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every piece of jewelry you purchase from us. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please reach out to us at contact@rebelsaint.co within 72 hours of receiving your item, and we will endeavor to resolve any issues to ensure a great shopping experience.

**Return Conditions:**
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Please contact us for return authorization before sending items back.

**Free Return Shipping:**
- We provide pre-paid return shipping for items returned within the 14-day window. Our customer service team will assist you in obtaining a return shipping label.

**Restocking Fee:**
- A restocking fee of 20% is applicable on all returns to manage the logistics of restocking. This fee is part of our commitment to keeping our prices fair and our inventory fresh.

**Exchanges:**
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are on hand to exchange it. Please inform us immediately upon discovery of any defects, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out within 3 business days after the defective item is returned to us.
- Size exchanges or exchanges due to the buyer's change of mind will be subject to a $15 fee for a single ring or $25 for two rings. This excludes 925 silver items, which are sold as final sale items and are not eligible for exchange.

**Final Sale Items:**
- Items that are custom-made, altered to your specifications, purchased on promotion, or discounted are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- We advise reviewing size and product dimensions closely by using our fit guides before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction.

**Lost or Stolen Packages:**
- Rebel Saint Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is missing, we will provide guidance on how to file a claim with the shipping carrier for resolution.

**Refund Process:**
- We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with a credit automatically applied to your original payment method, deducting any applicable restocking fees.

**Unreceived Refunds:**
- If your refund is delayed, please double-check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post.
